Every year, KILT steps away from the usual workshops and training sessions to host a dedicated Teacher’s Day Celebration for our regional school community. This year’s gathering was designed as a sumptuous, heartfelt day-cation in the bush: an intentional retreat giving educators and school leadership from across 16 Greater Knysna schools the chance to step outside the classroom, catch their breath, and be taken care of for a change.
We all know a picture is worth a thousand words and these moments are everything! These moments capture the true spirit of the day – educators kicking back, living it up in luxury, catching up with friends and colleagues, and taking in the quiet of the bushveld without a lesson plan in sight.
