  • WhatsApp communications: Where you have opted in, we use this channel for direct programme updates and community engagement.
  • Annual Reports: We process your information to distribute our official reports and other specific documents you have requested.
  • The right to opt-out: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Under no circumstances will your information be used in a public forum should you choose to “opt out” of the media or communication options provided.

  • Partnerships: Access to information received from partners like the WCED is restricted to a limited number of approved individuals.
  • Retention: All signed consent forms are filed and stored according to strict protocols.

  3. The reason the information is required.
