- Annual Reports: We process your information to distribute our official reports and other specific documents you have requested.

- Third Parties: All third-party service providers are required to sign a Data Sharing Agreement with KILT.
- Partnerships: Access to information received from partners like the WCED is restricted to a limited number of approved individuals.
- Retention: All signed consent forms are filed and stored according to strict protocols.

- Details of the information required.
- The reason the information is required.
